Hi I'm Pamela Howard
I began my wellness journey back in 2011 after my third child. I was over 265 pounds! I paid for personal trainers and even had my own chef. I was successful in reaching my goal, however, I never succeeded in maintaining it. As life came and brought about many challenges, it became harder to maintain my wellness, and I found myself starting over and over again.
I was going to give up when I listened to a presentation from a health coach in my eWomen's Chapter in Charlotte NC, and what she had to say made me hopeful that this might work for me.
Since joining this health plan, it has allowed me to not only take my wellness back but give me a clear, simple, and obtainable plan to maintain it.
I have lost 2️⃣0️⃣ pounds in just 4 weeks by eating 6 times a day and no exercise!🤗
I live a very busy, entrepreneurial life; running multiple businesses and keeping up with my family. Now, I feel amazing and it has been so convenient! This plan and my personal health coach have made such a difference in me physically. mentally. emotionally and most important, nutritionally!
